Rhythms Elite first opened it's doors to bring the art and love of dance and music to Sonoma County in June of 2005. Founded by Lyndsay and Matthew Roark the very heart of Rhythms Elite was born. Since then, our goal was to provide a full service Academy of the Arts for the local community that could take students beyond the four walls of a dance room.
Our unique syllabus program ensures a step by step plan to build a strong foundation and love for dance. We work patiently with our young dancers to introduce the disciplines that are needed while creating a very fun and imaginative place to play.
As our students get older and progress we continue to develop and encourage the techniques and quality of required skills while maintaining a place of mentorship and encouragement as they pursue their love for dance. Several of our students look to pursue dance as a professional career whether in college or beyond. With this in mind, one of our main areas of focus has been to prepare dancers to continue onward. In 2009 we were very pleased to announce our first intern student. During the internship program senior students to learn about teaching students and choreography which is a needed skill to cary out in the "real world" of fine art entertainment.
